Seasonal World Clock Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how InfoArise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles—or does not handle—the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of Seasonal World Clock (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

  1. In the App, the Company does not collect or use Users’ personal information or personal-related information (as defined in Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan). However, this shall not apply to the reference to and use of technical information provided by operating system providers or app distribution platforms as set forth in the following Article.
  2. The Company may refer to and use crash reports, diagnostic information, usage information, and other technical information provided by operating system providers or app distribution platforms for the purpose of maintaining and improving the quality of the App. Such information is collected and provided in accordance with the settings, terms of use, and privacy policies of the respective providers. The Company does not use such information for the purpose of identifying specific individuals.
  3. The Company does not collect or use any data that Users register or store through the App (including but not limited to registered location information and selected display locations).

  5. This Privacy Policy may be revised.
    1. Revisions will, in principle, be announced by posting the revised content on the page where this Privacy Policy is published.
    2. If a revision may cause disadvantage to Users, the revised content will be posted on said page at least 15 days prior to the effective date, and notice will also be provided within the App.
  6. The original version of this Privacy Policy is written in Japanese. If the Company provides translations into other languages as necessary, and any inconsistency, discrepancy, or difference arises between a translated version and the original Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
  7. In the event that any dispute arises between the Company and a User in connection with this Privacy Policy, the Kobe District Court or the Kobe Summary Court in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance by agreement between the parties.
