This Privacy Policy explains how InfoArise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles—or does not handle—the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of ReziQ (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
- The Company does not collect or use any personal information or personal-related information of Users (as defined in Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan) within the App. However, this does not apply to the reference or use of anonymized information that cannot identify a specific individual, as provided in the following section.
- The Company may, for the purpose of maintaining and improving the quality of the App, refer to and use anonymized crash reports and usage information provided by Apple. Such information does not contain any data that can identify a specific individual.
- The Company does not collect or use any data that Users register or store through the App (including but not limited to product information and sales information).
- The App uses Google AdMob as a third-party advertising service. For information regarding the types of data collected by Google, the purposes of use, and whether such data may be provided to third parties, please refer to Google’s advertising-related policies and Google’s Privacy Policy. The Company does not manage or participate in the handling or use of such information, and such information is handled in accordance with the policies of the advertising service provider.

This Privacy Policy may be revised.
- Revisions will, in principle, be announced by posting the revised content on the page where this Privacy Policy is published.
- If a revision may cause disadvantage to Users, the revised content will be posted on said page at least 15 days prior to the effective date, and notice will also be provided within the App.
- The original version of this Privacy Policy is written in Japanese. If the Company provides translations into other languages as necessary, and any inconsistency, discrepancy, or difference arises between a translated version and the original Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
- In the event that any dispute arises between the Company and a User in connection with this Privacy Policy, the Kobe District Court in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
